A modern approach

Policies

Payment Policy

Our customers are billed weekly through an invoice, which is sent via email. Payment is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. We accept credit/debit card payments and bank transfers. Please ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid any delays in service.

Service Area

We primarily serve the Denver Metro area and locations within a 20 mile radius of the Denver Metro Area. Deliveries outside our standard service area may be subject to additional fees. Please contact our customer support team for more information. 

Cancellation Policy

 If you need to cancel a delivery, please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the route.

With our cutting-edge delivery software, you can keep your customers informed and engaged every step of the way. Our system allows us to send real-time text and email alerts, keeping your customers updated on the status of their deliveries.
